1. Same meaning = mesmo significado
2. Were = To be in the past for the pronouns ( you/we/they)
3. Thought = verb to think in the past and participle
4. I thought that/ you were my friend /  Only with past verbs
5. Weird - Estranho /esquisito
6. Strange - pessoa ou lugar/coisas que não conhecemos
7. Complaint - reclamação/queixa - verb to complain - reclamar/se queixar
8. Suddenly /Out of the blue / - De repente/sem mais nem menos/do nada
